LOCUM Cardiologist *136555: Central, Pennsylvania
Specialty: EP/General Cardiology. Inpatient, community hospital.
Dates: Feb 2026
Work Schedule: Hospital coverage M-F, 8 am - 5 pm
Call Schedule: No weeknight call. Weekend call is possible, but they're on a 1:5 rotation, so there may not always be a need for a weekend call.
Patient Volume: 2-8 consults daily. Follow-up varies - 2-6 on average
Procedures: Basic EP procedures
Staffing Mix Support: Interventionalist and intermittently EP. Currently, the model in the hospital is 1 generalist and 1 interventionalist covering the hospital. They have APPs in the outpatient setting. One of their APPs does have some hospital rounding and coverage responsibilities.
Certifications/License Requirements: Must be BC (interventional or general cardiology), active ACLS, active PA license (or IMLC), EP experience required (BC desired)
Additional Information:
Must have at least 1 year of experience
