Qualifications
* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent from an accredited medical school
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
* Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
* Active, unrestricted DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
* Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including a federally compliant drug test
