General Cardiologist – Central New York (1 Hour from Syracuse)

Position Overview
An exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified/Eligible General Cardiologist to establish and lead a new cardiology service line within a well-established, physician-owned, multi-specialty group. This is a rare chance to build a program from the ground up while collaborating with over 100 multi-specialty providers in a supportive and collegial environment.

Practice Highlights

• Full-time position with opportunity to develop and lead the group’s first cardiology service
• No existing cardiologist—this is a true program-building role with immediate internal referral base
• Two-year employed agreement with shareholder eligibility afterward
• Transition to production-based compensation post-partnership

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary aligned with MGMA median: $450,000–$550,000, commensurate with experience
