HIGHLIGHTS
• Weekly Monday 8a → Monday 7a blocks
• 1–3 providers rotating ~3 weeks per month
• Mix of inpatient, outpatient, and call
• Weekends are 24-hour call, mostly phone-based
• Rarely called in overnight
• Epic EMR
• Trauma Level II
• Ongoing assignment
SCHEDULE
• Providers scheduled weekly, Monday 8am – Monday 7am
• Daytime clinic and hospital coverage
• Call dependent on hospital staffing levels
• Weekends include 24-hour call
• Preference for 7-day stretches ending with weekend call
CASE MIX
• Outpatient Cardiology
• Inpatient Cardiology
• ICU coverage
• Average 9–12 patients per shift
• Adult patient population
DEPARTMENT DETAILS
• Acute care hospital
• Inpatient and outpatient setting
• 29 beds in department
• Support staff available
• EMR: Epic
REQUIREMENTS
• Board Certified in Cardiology
• Active Montana license or IMLC
• ACLS
• Fellowship preferred
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
• Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
