- Seeking a Board Certified Cardiologist for weekend locum tenens coverage providing comprehensive cardiac care.
- This role focuses on inpatient and hospital-based call coverage with support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Job Responsibilities
Perform echocardiography, treadmill stress tests, chemical stress tests, and interpret results
Collaborate with inpatient APPs to manage patient care
Cover hospital call from 6 AM – 6 AM during assigned weekend blocks
Qualifications
Active Michigan medical license – REQUIRED
DEA – REQUIRED
Reside in Michigan or nearby – REQUIRED
Clean background for rapid credentialing – REQUIRED
BLS/ACLS certifications current
Experience in inpatient cardiology procedures and diagnostic interpretation
