You’ll provide inpatient-only weekend coverage and enjoy greater flexibility during the weekdays. * Join a collaborative team of over 25 cardiologists and advanced practitioners * Provide high-quality, evidence-based cardiovascular care * Weekend-focused schedule with flexibility and strong support from experienced colleagues * Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, Monday (12 hour shifts) * Open to part-time candidates * Includes inpatient rounding and consultative cardiology services * Access to a full spectrum of cardiology services including echo, vascular, nuclear, and structural heart programs * Robust infrastructure with advanced practitioner support and a large referral network Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary Guarantee * Year 1: $550,000 base salary guarantee * Year 2: $600,000 base salary guarantee * Year 3: $650,000 base salary guarantee * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. * Starting Bonus: $75,000 * Retention Bonus: $25,000 at 2-year anniversary * Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000 (for candidates residing more than 50 miles outside the NY Capital Region) * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage * Generous paid time off * 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
