A clinician-led, hospital-employed, non-profit health system in the Greater Philadelphia / South Jersey area is expanding its high-acuity cardiac anesthesia team. This is the systems exclusive site for cardiac and transplant procedures, offering a unique opportunity to work on some of the most complex cases in the region, including the launch of a new heart transplant program.
With a strong core of long-tenured cardiac anesthesiologists, the group is looking to add due to continued growth. The practice also offers an optional non-call track for candidates preferring a more predictable lifestyle.
This is one of the highest-paying cardiac anesthesia jobs in the NJ/Philadelphia region, combining academic-level cases with private-practice-level compensationwithout the academic salary limitations.

- Full-time, W-2, permanent
- MondayFriday, 1st shift
- Call required (optional non-call track available) Call structure being finalized
- Supervision: 70% supervising CRNAs, 30% own cases
- EMR: Epic
- Base Salary: Starting at $525,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 (1-year commitment)
- Malpractice: Paid, with tail coverage included
- Retirement:
- 403(b) with 50% match on contributions up to 6%
- Additional 1.5% employer contribution per hour worked
- Time Off:
- 6 weeks PTO (288 hours)
- 1 week CME + $4,000 stipend
- Paid sick leave in accordance with state/local laws
