**Opportunity Highlights**
• 24-hour shifts covering clinic during the day and call after hours
• Inpatient rounding, consults, reading imaging, and occasional procedures (TEE, cardioversion)
• Most calls are handled over the phone with support from the hospital team; rare in-person emergencies
• Average 15-20 patients per shift; supported by advanced practice providers
• EMR: Epic and Cerner

• Perform and supervise echocardiography (TEE) and cardioversion procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and hospital teams to triage patient needs.
• Participate in 24-hour call coverage with telephone triage and occasional in-person response.
