- Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
- Looking for someone who can cover clinic and call and/or clinic only - FT availability plus more
- May occasionally cover call and clinic during the day only 8a-5p on Fridays
- AVG # of patients per day: Anywhere from 3 to 10 per day
- AVG # of consults per day: Typically 5 or 6 new consults
- Procedures: TEE and Cardioversions
- EMR: Epic & Cerner Powerchart
- Certifications: Active PA license or will consider IMLC in hand and/or providers who already applied for IMLC, Must be Board Certified, DEA required
- Full & Temp privs available
