Locum | Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology | Clinic + Call | Seattle, WA (IMLC accepted) Why This Role

  • Long-term ongoing need in a critical care focused inpatient setting
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of 3 staff physicians
  • Opportunity to manage advanced heart failure patients including ECMO and LVAD programs
Assignment Details Start Date: 11/17/2025 End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Schedule: 1 week out of every 4; Monday 7a–Monday 7a; inpatient 7a–7p with night call 7p–7a Patients per Day: 10–12 Call Details: Beeper call; 20-minute response time; 1:4 ratio; phone consults included EMR: Epic Requirements Board Certified in Cardiology with fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure or Critical Care Cardiology Active WA license or IMLC accepted ACLS and BLS Clean history Expertise in management of ECMO (VV/VA), Impella, and Durable LVADs Clinical Details Scope: Inpatient-only, critical care focused cardiology with emphasis on advanced heart failure management Typical Procedures: - Management of ECMO (VV/VA) - Management of Impella and Durable LVADs - Participation in shock program - Critical care oversight of advanced cardiac patients **Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids (OT applied after 12 hrs/day, not 40 hrs/week) Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
