Non-Invasive Cardiology Opportunity

New Hampshire | Academic Affiliation | $527K Base

This non-invasive cardiology opportunity offers the stability of a community hospital with the backing of a major academic health system. Join a well-established team in New Hampshire where patient volume is steady, inpatient demands are manageable, and tertiary support is readily available. If you value continuity in the clinic, predictable call, and access to advanced resources without practicing in a large metro, this role delivers.

Practice Overview

  • Collaborative cardiology team including 4 cardiologists, 1 electrophysiologist, and 3 APPs
  • Employed by a respected 169-bed community hospital within a leading academic system
  • Full spectrum non-invasive diagnostics, including cardiac CT/CTA, nuclear, echo, and cardioversions
  • Access to device clinic, cardiac rehab, and tertiary referral support
  • TEEs are optional but preferred

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday schedule with a potential 4.5-day workweek
  • Light inpatient volume with weekend rounding only
  • No STEMI call
  • 1:4 shared call rotation with minimal callbacks
  • Outpatient volume averaging 14 to 16 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits

  • $527,600 base salary with a two-year guarantee
  • Sign-on bonus, CME allowance, and relocation assistance
  • J-1 visa sponsorship with green card transition support
  • Comprehensive benefits, including malpractice coverage and retirement options

Candidate Profile

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine
  • Open to new graduates, experienced cardiologists, and international medical graduates
  • Comfortable with general cardiology diagnostics, including echo, stress testing, and EKG interpretation
  • TEEs preferred but not required

Located less than two hours from Boston and near the Vermont border, the area provides access to major metro amenities while preserving a close-knit, small-town feel.

Apply today to build a cardiology career that combines academic support with New England quality of life.
