Job Description :

Locums - Everett

• Needing emergent coverage for the below dates. Providers will need to have a clean file, active license and be very responsive with paperwork in order to have emergency privs in time.

The follow shifts are urgent coverage needs :

Dec 24: 5pm-7am night pager only

Dec 25: 7am - 5 pm day onsite and 5pm-7am night pager

Dec 26: 7am - 5 pm day onsite and 5pm-7am night pager

Dec 27: 7am - 5 pm day onsite and 5pm-7am night pager

Dec 28: 7am - 5 pm day onsite and 5pm-7am night pager

Dec 29: 5pm-7am night pager only

Dec 30: 7am - 5pm day onsite only

Dec 31: 5pm-7am night pager only

Jan 1: 7am - 5pm day onsite only

Jan 2: 7am - 5 pm day onsite and 5pm-7am night pager

Jan 3: 7am - 5 pm day onsite and 5pm-7am night pager

Jan 4: 7am - 5 pm day onsite and 5pm-7am night pager

There are also ongoing coverage needs at this facility, if a good fit, provider would be continued to be scheduled

OT would apply after 10 hours per day, not 40 hours per week.

Provider *MUST* be able to work inpatient shift AND night call, we will not accept bids for providers who cannot do both."
