Mon–Thurs: 8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. (10 hrs)

Friday: 8:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (11 hrs)

Saturday: 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (14 hrs)

Sunday: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. (13 hrs)

Patient Population: Adults

Setting: Inpatient hospital – cardiology department

Practice Type: Bread & butter cardiology, no procedures required

Requirements:

Board Certification: Required – Cardiology

License: Active North Carolina medical license required (not open to licensing)

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years preferred

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA required

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
