Perm Cardiac Anesthesiologist – $650K+ Base + $100K Sign-On | Albany/Troy, NY
Location: Albany/Troy, New York
Base Salary: $650,000+ (excluding bonuses)
Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts | 1:5 call rotation
Position Highlights

Case Focus: Cardiac and vascular cases (CABG, valve replacements)

No OB or trauma responsibilities

Daily Volume: ~6–8 cardiac cases

CRNA Supervision: Not required
-
Facilities: 30 ORs across 2 campuses

EMR System: Epic

Call Details:
-
1:5 rotation
-
First call every 8th night
-
No second call

Candidate Requirements
-
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology – Required

Fellowship-trained in Cardiac Anesthesia and/or ECHO Board Certified – Required

BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (by start date) – Required

Active NY medical license or willingness to obtain – Required

H-1B visa candidates accepted; J-1 waivers not accepted
