**Medical Director, Advanced Heart Failure - Greater Charlotte Region, North Carolina We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director of Advanced Heart Failure to join our expanding cardiovascular team in the Greater Charlotte region. This role is a mix of clinical consultative cardiology and administrative leadership, designed for a physician who is passionate about advancing heart failure outcomes and program development. As Medical Director, you will lead heart failure initiatives, help develop a destination LVAD center, and provide outreach and support across six hospitals and 11 ambulatory sites in the region. Position Details
- Split role between clinical practice and administrative duties
- Lead initiatives for heart failure outcome improvements
- Contribute to the development of a destination LVAD program
- Provide clinical support and outreach to regional sites
- Favorable and balanced call schedule
- 7 weeks of combined vacation and CME after Supervisor MD status
