Setting: Primarily outpatient, with 1 week/month of inpatient call

Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm or 4x10s

Coverage request: 3 weeks/month (2 weeks clinic + 1 week inpatient call)

Qualifications
Fellowship: Required
License: Idaho or IMLC
Credentialing: Estimated 90 days (Temporary privileges not available)
EMR: Epic
Working Hours
Call Type: In-house
Call Ratio: 1 week/month
Call Response Time: 20 minutes
Callbacks: 20% (2–3 admissions/day)
Phone consults: 4–6/day
2 RNs, 2 MAs, 1 NP/PA, 3 office staff
Provider will supervise APPs
