Cardiology position in: Oswego, NY

Non-Invasive Cardiology opening in NY Located in Oswego, NY 35m to Syracuse; 70m to Rochester Full-Time, Permanent Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible, Non-Invasive B&B Cardiologist to join a well-established and growing practice. The incoming physician should have excellent clinical skills and expertise in echocardiography, TEE, stress echo and nuclear studies providing high quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

• Increased census; Joining 2 physicians and would like to increase to 3 physicians; 3 APPs in practice and 1 APP that covers Cardiac Stress Lab
• Hospital Employed
• EMR: Meditech
• Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p (outpatient)
• Call is shared equally among physicians and would be 1:3 and phone call only from 7a until 10p of, no in person response; regular inpatient rounding is Monday – Friday, there is not regular rounding on weekends, however there may be the rare call over the weekend; current schedule is each physician takes 7-days in a row and rotates through
• Bread and butter Non-Invasive Cardiology including ECHO, TEE, Stress ECHO, nuclear, cardioversions, cardiac consults for the hospital – EKG and stress (on a busy day, 6-consults); physicians will see approximately 18-20 ppd (15-30 minutes designated for appointments) Benefits:
• $550k plus wRVU
• Sign-on bonus (25k), reimbursement for relocation (up to $10k with receipts) and student loans ($30k over length of contract) (if applicable)
