A well-established physician-owned cardiology practice in Columbia, Missouri is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General or Invasive Cardiologist to join its collegial, multi-specialty team. This opportunity offers immediate volume, a partnership track, and the autonomy to practice medicine on your terms within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Practice Overview
- Established group of 17 board-certified physicians covering electrophysiology, invasive, and cardiothoracic specialties
- Equal-ownership partnership track after two years with a nominal $1,000 buy-in
- Collaborative model working with APPs and hospitalists across two community hospitals
- Shared 1:7 call rotation with weekend rounding for a balanced schedule
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary of $600,000+ for the first two years, based on experience
- Partnership opportunity after two years with minimal buy-in
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000, loan repayment options, and quarterly quality bonuses
- 30 PTO days, 30 sick days, and 5 CME days with a $7,500 CME allowance
- Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA options, and two retirement plans

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General or Invasive Cardiology
- Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
