Non-Invasive Cardiology Opening in Pennsylvania * Located in *Somerset, PA* - Pittsburgh 69m * Hospital employed * Full-time, permanent position * The outpatient practice is currently using Epic as their EMR system. * The hospital is currently using Paragon Allscripts, with a planned transition to Epic in the future. There are two physician assistants currently at the practice, one full-time and one part-time, with a third full-time position in process of being added due to volume increase. An EP also sees patients at the clinic one day per week and performs procedures. The practice runs a pacemaker clinic once weekly. Somerset is located in Somerset County, which is an outdoor enthusiasts dream. Home to three of the top ski resorts in the eastern U.S. The Great Allegheny Passage, which is part of the 334-mile rails-to-trails project connecting Pittsburgh to Washington, D.C., runs through Somerset County. There are numerous cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobile trails throughout the county, as well as a multitude of mountain bike trails. There are ample opportunities for whitewater rafting, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Somerset County is home to several golf courses, ranging from nine-hole community courses to PGA-rated resort courses.
