Cardiology opening in NC Located in New Bern, NC Full-Time Permanent Seeking BE/BC Cardiologist to join hospital.

  • Call 1:4; 1:4 weekend rounding/consults
  • Advance imaging or heart failure a plus
  • Diagnoses and treats diseases of the heart and its functions: Examines patient for symptoms indicative of heart disorders, using medical instruments and equipment.
  • Studies diagnostic images and electrocardiograph recordings to aid in making diagnoses.
  • Prescribes medications, and recommends dietary and activity program, as indicated.
  • Requires possession and maintenance of a Physician's License from the State of North Carolina and certifications from the DEA and be a member in good standing of the Medical Staff of the hospital.
