General Cardiology opening in Michigan Located in Sault Ste. Marie, MI Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC Cardiologist to join hospital.

  • Growing cardiology team (to include two physicians and one APP) with outpatient clinic located right on campus of the hospital.
  • Meditech is the current EMR with the change to EPIC occurring in the spring of 2024.
  • Large demand for services with a supportive team of colleagues and staff as well as a solid outpatient cardiopulmonary department.
  • Opportunity to help grow the service line locally.
  • General cardiology work including outpatient clinic, inpatient consults and reading of tests.
  • No interventional or invasive procedures.
  • Easy access to large team of full scope cardiologists within the health system.
COMMUNITY: Hospital is located in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. This Upper Peninsula community is the 3rd oldest city in the United States. With a population of 17,500, Sault Ste. Marie is an area that continues to grow and thrive. Located just across the International Bridge is Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario with a population of 85,000. The twin Saults offer extensive opportunities for shopping, cultural events and tremendous recreational activities.
