Comp/Benefits:
- Salary Structure: Competitive salaries based on national benchmarks by specialty
- Compensation Factors: Includes patient care work (primarily wRVU-based), individual performance, quality metrics, teaching, research, and administrative roles
- Team vs. Individual Plans: Departments may use either structure, and compensation can include value-based metrics (e.g., panel size, patient experience)
