A facility in South Georgia is looking for a locum tenens Cardiologist to assist with coverage starting in September. Candidates must be Board Certified. We can assist with obtaining a GA license!
South Georgia is full of coastal beaches, farmland, and mountains! While on assignment, visit Coca-Cola Space Science Center or Providence Canyon!
The locum tenens physician is needed from September to December, for exact dates totaling one week per month. They will be on call for weeknights (excluding Wednesdays) and weekends. The facility has 263 beds, and rounding is required. Consults average between 20 to 30 per day, and they'll also provide ED coverage. Required procedures include echo reads and stress tests, with an average of 2 to 3 per day.
