Coverage Needed:

• June 16, 2024 - Ongoing
• STEMI call (week/weekend) 5p Friday - Monday @ 8a
• One week a month Hospital Coverage - Monday -Friday 7a-3:30p
• Saturday - Sunday - Rounding in the morning available on call 30 minute response time

Clinical Information:

• Approximately 20 patients per day Inpatient
• Support Staff: 5 RNs, 4 MA's, 2 PSRs
• EMR: Epic

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active IN License
• Must have experience in: Cardiac caths; PCIs,
• CV must be in Month / Year format
• Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
• Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Current Flu Vaccine
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
• Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
