Position: LOCUM Cardiac Anesthesiologist

Start Date: May 2024

Orientation: Mandatory attendance at specified orientation sessions before the start date. Commitment to an orientation date is required upon acceptance.

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• Monday to Friday shifts from 6 am to 4:30 pm
• One night of call per week (starts after shift ends)
• One weekend per month
• Urgent coverage needed for specific dates

Average Callback: 3 hours

Setting: Inpatient with 1-2 cardiac ORs, 1 EP lab, and 1 structural interventional lab.

Duties: Handling 2-5 cardiac cases per week, including CABG, mv, av, TAVR, LAAC, maze, and afib ablations. Experience or certification in Tee preferred. No cardiac or liver transplants, no supervision of CRNAs.

Credentialing Information: Minimum 30 days for credentialing
