Coverage Needed
- Full time day shifts with rotating night call
- Coverage for two facilities (not at the same time during the day) during weekdays
- Cover both facilities during weekend call with surgeon
- Nov 1, 2023 - Jun 30, 2024
- Ongoing need for 6 + months
- Full time with 5 nights and 1 weekend each month
Schedule
- Mon - Fri day shift with night call
- Typically start at 7a
- Rotating Weekend call with 3 other APP's.
Clinical Details
- Surgeon is primary call
- If needed, surgeon will call APP for emergency case
- Incoming patients are split between 2-3 other providers
- Relief for late cases as well
- 1 - 2 cases per day
- Used for surgery only during the week
- Will be 1st assist
- May require to help with rounds on the one weekend of call
- 8 - 10 patients
Requirements
- Active AZ License
- DEA
- Vein Harvesting Experience
- Cardiovascular Surgery experience
