- Schedule: Cross-credentialing at Parkridge Medical Center and Parkridge East. 7a - 3 pm and 7a - 7p. Weekend and Weekday Calls are available.
- Setting: Hospital
- Types of cases: General cases, plus Cardiac TEE
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
- Requirements: Active license and Board certification
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Paper/Meditech
