Practice Setting: Dynamic healthcare community with an 8-bed open ICU, established hospitalist group, and a commitment to top-notch patient care.

Work Schedule: Flexible 4-day work week, clinic hours 8:30 am to Noon and 1 pm to 4 pm, maintaining a work-life balance with no more than 34 patient contact hours weekly.

Patient Encounters: Average of 16 to 18 daily patient encounters, conducting essential diagnostic tests. No mandatory call, optional.
