Coverage type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
Schedule: Must have active CA license at time of presentation. Overtime must be pre-approved, in writing, prior to working the hours.
Refreshing need as site would like to look at new candidates. Site needs close to full time coverage so will take full time candidates or look at multiple providers to fill if needed.
