We are growing! Our team is hiring for Advanced-Heart-Failure-trained cardiologists with an interest in moonlighting with a fully virtual cardiology telehealth company providing specialized care for outpatient heart failure management:

Our mission is to deliver a world-class member experience and improve patient access to the best healthcare providers, devices, and therapies.

Through a combination of evidence-based therapy, remote patient monitoring, and health coaching, we intend to improve members’ quality of life across the nation - starting with heart health. With our virtual platform, we have built a team of cardiologists, registered nurses, health coaches and pharmacy technicians around revolutionizing member care.

Responsibilities:

• New and follow-up cardiology consults by video;
• Fully remote w flexible, self-schedule (5+ hours/week)
• Medication management - Guideline Directed Medication Therapy for heart failure patients
• Communicate with registered nurses appropriately for patient care
• Optional: Read echocardiograms
• EMR: Elation

Requirements:

• Board-eligible or Board-certified in Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure training preferred
• Pennsylvania medical license
