General Cardiology Northern California
Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital is looking for 24 hour ER cardiology call coverage!
An hour and half north of Sacramento
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
24hr call 6a-6a
- 07.19.23(a) - 07.21.23(a)
- 07.31.23(a) - 08.01.23(a)
- 08.14.23(a) - 08.16.23(a)
- 08.20.23(a) - 08.22.23(a)
- 08.23.23(a) - 08.26.23(a)
- 09.21.23(a) - 09.22.23(a)
- Facility Location: Grass Valley, CA
- Setting: Inpatient
- Duties: Consult patient in ED and inpatients, collaborate with Hospitalists and Specialists, Supervise Stress Tests (Pharmacological /Exercise), Interpret OP and INPT Echocardiology, Holter, Event Monitors
- Required Procedures: Ideal Candidate can perform TEE ; optional - Transvenous pacing, tilt table interpretation
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Staff: Cardiology Manager, Echocardiographers and Cardiology Technicians
- Reason for Coverage: Gaps in coverage
- Admissions per Day: Average 3-4 consults, Supervised stress tests: 4-8, Echo's: 5-12
- Types of Cases: Typical "non-interventional" community hospital cardiology cases
