The Practice


  • $800,000 Guarantee PLUS $100,000 Production Incentive
  • Employed – General & Invasive (No Interventions)
  • $50,000 Signing Bonus
  • Current: 2 Cardiologists (Ideal FTE 4), 5 APPs
  • Avg. Call Week: 4-6 Inpatient Census Rounding (no admissions), 2-3 Caths, 2 TEEs, & Reading
  • Daily Clinic Volume: 13-15 (Avg. 7,000/year, increased YOY)
  • 3-Month Sabbatical (60% pay/full benefits, every 3-years)
