REQUIRED:

· CA state license; active, unrestricted (preferred)

· DEA (client may reimburse)

· BLS, must be done through AHA

COMPENSATION:

· Salary is from $135k to $160k, based on experience

SCHEDULE:

· The position is full time 40 hours a week with either 5, 8 hour days or 4, 10 hour days schedule. The target number of patients for an 8 hour day is 24 and 27 for a 10 hour day. At this time it is out patient, clinic only. Client may consider a new grad if they have a strong foundation/background in women’s health, however, prefer someone with 1 year plus of experience.
