General Cardiology Mid Michigan Health Center Midland Michigan
Would like 12/19 start with Ongoing at least 6 months
Outpatient Clinic, Inpatient Rounding, and Call
60% outpatient, 40% inpatient
Outpatient Clinic Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm
Visits primarily consist of consults and established patients
Approx 15 patients/shift
Call ratio 1:3
2 phone consults and 2 admissions
Diagnostic Catheterizations required
TEE Required
AHA ACLS and BLS Required
EPIC EMR
Logs Showing:
75 Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterizations within 12 months
50 Inpatient logs/encounters within 12 months
25 TEE within 12 months
