**Position Information:**
- Full-time, permanent position

- Rural academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our department of combined cardiology and cardiac surgery.
practice consists of 15 cardiologists, 2 surgeons, and 18 advanced practice clinicians. The health network includes over 400 employed practitioners.
- Integrated health care system that provides care and service to people living in an eight county region covering 5,600 square miles in Central New York.  The organization includes five corporately affiliated hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and health partners in related fields. 
 - This is a vibrant and sophisticated upstate community set in a bucolic lake front village affording four seasons of cultural and outdoor activity. We have an unparalleled sport center walking distance from the hospital, which includes three swimming pools, rock climbing, racquetball and squash courts
 
**Job Description & Responsibilities:**
Provide clinical and consultative care within the hospital and office setting. The department offers a full range of noninvasive testing including MRI, CT, echo and nuclear cardiology. They have a busy noninvasive lab with over 10,000 echos and 2000 nuclear scans yearly, with dedicated reading time.  To include:
- Outpatient, Inpatient and Regional Patient Care
- Integrated EPIC Electronic Health Record
- Medical and Rural Surgery residency programs, Cardiology Fellowship
- Faculty teaching of our cardiology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students
- Night call twice monthly with fellow and resident support
- Salary Range: $305,717 - $595,246. This compensation range represents health system's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards

**Qualifications:**
- MD, DO or MBBS
- Board Eligible/Board Certified  in ABIM Cardiovascular Disease
- New York State Licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS Certification Required
