Practice, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Established Heart & Vascular Institute with immediate patient volume
- 4.5-day work week with 4 hours protected administrative time
- Call currently 1:5 with locums covering 2 weekends per month
- Team structure: 2 Interventional (1 EP), 2 Invasive, 1 General (near retirement), 5 APPs
- 200,000 service area with minimal local cardiology competition
- Diagnostics & procedures: Echo, stress, nuclear, Holter, cardiac CTA (2 scanners)
- Two cath labs onsite with STEMI volume of 20–30 per month
- Epic EMR launching July with AI scribe functionality
- 1–2 year income guarantee (~90% MGMA median base draw) on wRVU model
