- Diagnostic studies in clinic
- 7:30a-4:30p or 8a-5p. Can accommodate - 4- 10 hours
- 20 minute appt- patients
- 90-120 day credentialing timeline
- IMLC with active or pending LOQ
- Main need is at Hammond location
- Looking for providers interested in full time work
- Minimum 3 weeks per month.
- Non-Invasive cardiology needs
- Clinic 5 days a week
- Open to 4 day clinic weeks
- They will have a panel of patients to follow.
- Physician will need to hold active supervising license and be added as a locum tenens supervising physician for the Physician Assistants
- Testing: Ultrasounds, stress testing, nuclear stress testing, holter monitors, EKGS
