Practice Details
- 100% outpatient General Cardiology with no interventional work, no inpatient rounding, no cath lab, and no STEMI call
- Balanced schedule of 15 to 20 patients per day with longer visit times and smaller panels
- Collaborate closely with PCPs, care managers, and health coaches in a prevention-first model
- Clinical leadership role supporting CHF initiatives, prevention strategies, and PCP education
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, a predictable clinic schedule with no call and no weekends
- 100% consults and follow-ups in an outpatient setting
- Structured workflows designed to support care coordination and efficiency
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $400,000 to $450,000 with up to 10% annual quality bonus tied to value metrics and no RVUs or production quotas
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance
- 33 days PTO plus holidays, $3,500 CME allowance with 5 CME days, 401(k) with up to 6% match, and full medical, dental, and vision coverage
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
- Fellowship-trained General Cardiologist
- Comfortable in an outpatient-only, senior-focused model
- Ability to read stress tests and interpret Holter monitors; experience preferred
