Practice Details
- 100% outpatient general cardiology; no TEEs, STEMI, cath, or inpatient procedures
- Average 15-20 patients per day with longer visit times than traditional models
- Responsibilities include stress test reading, Holter interpretation, and CHF clinic support
- Close collaboration with PCPs, care managers, health coaches, and transitional care teams
- Promote prevention-first care, patient education, and evidence-based cardiac management
Schedule
- Monday-Friday schedule with no call and no weekends
- Balanced outpatient workflow with time for consults and follow-up care
- Support across multiple clinics as needed
- Dedicated time for leadership, collaboration, and care-team coaching

Candidate Requirements
- Fellowship-trained and Board-Certified/Eligible in General Cardiology
