Job description Locum-to-Perm – Non-Invasive Cardiologist – Ft. Wayne, Indiana

Coverage Dates: December 31, 2025 – Ongoing Schedule:

  • 7:00pm – 7:00am (night coverage)

  • No call

  • 7-on / 7-off schedule

  • Shift change begins Monday 7pm and ends the following Monday 7am

  • Open shifts begin early January

Position Details:

  • Non-invasive cardiology hospitalist role

  • TEE required

  • Evening TEE & night TEE call

  • Hospital rounding

  • Supervise nuclear medicine

  • Admissions required

  • No Echo/Nuc/EKG reads (Muse)

  • No APP supervision and no APP support provided

Patient Volume: 15–19 patients per shift Facility: Stroke-certified hospital, Trauma Level II EMR: Cerner Multiple providers accepted

Requirements:

  • Board Certified

  • Non-Invasive Cardiology Fellowship

  • BLS & ACLS

  • Admits required
