📣 Now Hiring: Non-Invasive Cardiologist – $600K Guaranteed + Bonuses! (Albany & Troy, NY)

We’re seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a rapidly growing cardiology team serving the Albany and Troy, NY region. This role offers multiple scheduling models, excellent compensation, and the chance to work in a highly supportive, team-based environment.

Position Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology care

• Flexible scheduling options:
  • Weekend rounding only
  • Traditional hospital/clinic model
  • Hospital-only, shift-based schedule

• Outpatient walk-in clinics 2–3x/month (traditional model)

• Shared weekend call rotation (1:5)

• Average 20–25 clinic patients/day; hospital team covers 50–60 patients/day

• EMR: EPIC

• 1099 candidates welcome

• Not accepting locums or visa candidates

• Open to 2026 new grads (not clearing 2027 fellows yet)

Compensation & Incentives:

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $600,000/year

• $75K starting bonus

• $25K retention bonus

• $25K relocation bonus (if relocating from outside the Capital Region)

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Completion of Cardiology Fellowship (prior to start)

• Active NY license or willingness to obtain

• Clean malpractice history

• Willing to work across multiple sites in Albany & Troy

• Must obtain Board Certification within 2 years of hire

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA required
