Care Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient/Clinic
Shifts: Varied Day, M-F, 8-hour shifts
Key Requirements
Licensure: Required
Board Certified: Yes, in Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology
Certifications: ACLS, Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified
Experience: AHF Fellowship, LVAD experience required
Vaccination: Required
Credentialing Timeline: 120 days
