Provider Requirements:

Title: Physician (MD or DO) – General Non-Invasive Cardiology

License: Oregon license preferred; will consider candidates in process

Privileges: Not required – quick start possible

Holiday Coverage: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

Flexible scheduling – can consider 4 days if full week isn’t possible
