Locums – Williston, North Dakota, Non-Invasive Cardiology Opening Clinical Role:

  • 5/27/24 – Ongoing Need
  • Non-interventional Cardiologist to see patients in the clinic, cover weekday hospital call and oversee stress tests performed by the Nurse Practitioner for Cardiology
  • Setting: Clinic & Hospital
  • Duties: Manage Clinic patients, take hospital/ER call, interpret EKG's/Zio patches/Stress tests
  • FTE: 1.0
  • Required Procedures: Cardioversions, Stress tests, Pacemaker interrogations, deactivating/reactivating pacemakers for MRI
  • EMR: Allscripts, Meditech
  • Support Staff: Nurse Practitioner, Nurse, CNA
  • Reason for Coverage: Provider Resignation
  • 5-8 procedures/week (echos stress tests etc).
  • 5 hospital consults per week
  • 10-20 clinic patients per day
  • The 1st day will consist of a quick facility orientation. Assure working access. One on one with CI for hospital and clinic.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible
  • Active ND License Required
  • Residents follow this cardiologist
  • ACLS, BLS, DEA – Required
