Clinical Role:

- Coverage needed: ASAP - Ongoing
- Need coverage at two locations
- Two providers requested (one at each location)
- Provider could work 10-hour/4 days or 8-hour/5 days stints
- The site has flexibility - Provider could work 10 hour/4 days or 8 hour/5 days stints
- Strong cardiology and critical care background to cover high-acuity patients
- Rounds and consults average 10/hrs. a day
- Rounding and staffing consults average 18/Day
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Board Certified – Required
- Prefer Oklahoma license
- IMLC Accepted
- ACLS – Required
- Trauma Level III
- EMR: Epic
