Job description
We are seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist for a locum tenens position in Chambersburg, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive non-invasive cardiology services at a 265-bed hospital. The position emphasizes diagnostic reading and special procedures including stress testing, echocardiography, and cardioversions. The facility utilizes Epic EMR. Job Responsibilities
• Read and interpret echocardiograms, Holter monitors, nuclear stress tests, and EKGs
• Supervise and interpret cardiac stress testing
• Perform cardioversions and transesophageal echocardiography
• Provide cardiology consultations
Qualifications
• State Medical License: Pennsylvania (IMLC LOQ accepted)
• DEA Registration
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Epic EMR proficiency (required)
Working Hours
• Non-invasive cardiology clinic and diagnostic reading
• Patient load: 25–35 patients per day average
• Weekend support and occasional weeknight on-call coverage available as needed
