Job description
A Progressive program providing the regions FIRST structural heart program, including TAVR and Mitral Clip and other advanced interventional procedures.
The candidate must be a polished professional with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with superior bedside manner. This position, located at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado, IL, is full-time with no on-call responsibilities. PSLF eligible opportunity; J1 visa sponsorship available. Fully implemented EMR (Epic) for inpatient and outpatient. As an employee of Deaconess Health System, you will enjoy a highly competitive compensation package (with bonus incentives) (income guarantee of $400K/yr. for first 3 years) and a comprehensive benefits package.
- Guaranteed Salary $400,000
- Additional Quality bonus of $25,000
