* Located in Mayfield, KY - Nashville, TN 145m; Paducah 35m
* Full-time, permanent position
* Seeking B/BC candidates
* Service area of 100,000
* Expect to ramp up quickly in this busy group practice
* Established patient base and support from hospital administration and staff
* H1 & J1 Visa support
