Exciting Opportunity for a Non-Invasive Cardiologist in Albany, NY

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality inpatient and outpatient cardiology services.
• Participate in flexible employment options including weekend rounding, traditional schedules, or hospital-only shifts.
• Provide outpatient care, with walk-in clinics 2-3 times monthly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of cardiology professionals.
• Respond to on-call duties on a 1:5 weekend rotation.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and licensing including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and DEA.
• Document patient care using the Epic EMR system.
• Manage a patient load averaging 20-25 patients per clinic day.
• Comply with all credentialing and institutional policies.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or truly Board Eligible.
• Completion of a Cardiology fellowship required.
• Active New York License or willingness to obtain one.
• Clean malpractice history.
• Willingness to work at multiple locations (Albany and Troy, NY).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine required at the start.
• Completion of Cardiology fellowship required.
• New hires must obtain Board Certification within 2 years of hire.
