Join Our Non-Invasive Cardiology Team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Full-time (1.0 FTE) or part-time (0.8 FTE) employment available.
• Regularly see patients in outpatient non-invasive cardiology clinics at Robbinsdale, Maple Grove, and outreach sites.
• Participate in inpatient cardiology rounding service.
• Engage in the non-invasive cardiology call schedule.
• Perform readings of rest/stress echoes and nuclear studies, and conduct transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) and cardioversions.
• Provide direct patient care in both clinic and hospital settings, examining and treating cardiovascular disorders.
• Consult with patients and their families to determine treatment courses and order necessary tests.
• Collaborate with healthcare management teams to ensure continuity of care and exceptional customer service.
• Perform general cardiology duties in support of the cardiology group such as responding to emergent cardiac cases, inpatient rounding, and clinic services.
• Support from APPs in both inpatient and outpatient services.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Cardiology - REQUIRED
• MN License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• DEA Verbal Confirmation (by time of start) - REQUIRED
• ACLS certification (prior to start) - REQUIRED
• CT training - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Must be willing to travel to all locations: Robbinsdale, Maple Grove, and outreach sites.
• Interest in full-time or part-time employment must be indicated.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology.
• MN License (or eligible to obtain).
• DEA registration (to be confirmed prior to start).
• ACLS certification (to be obtained prior to start).
